We have partnered with DSV and The Courier Guy for direct-to-your-door deliveries, and offer the option of PuDo Lockers and Postnet for destination courier services upon request. These partnerships allow us to ensure reliable and cost-effective service, aligned with our goal to meet your expectations efficiently.
- Each order is assigned a distinct tracking number, enabling you to monitor its progress at any time.
- Standard delivery takes between 2 to 5 working days, depending on your location relative to a main hub.
- Our express shipping option, handled by The Courier Guy, ensures overnight processing. For main hub deliveries, your package will typically arrive the next working day, while deliveries to outlying areas may take an additional day.
- Please be aware that courier operations are suspended on weekends and public holidays. Consequently, any orders placed on a Friday will be scheduled for delivery on the subsequent Monday.
- Orders pertaining to medical recovery items are prioritized. You may select either standard or express delivery for these items.
Collection Options:
- We offer the flexibility to either have your chosen courier collect your order or to pick it up locally from our office on request

- Our Flyer Bags provide a secure, tamper-proof, and economical solution for shipping smaller and robust items.
- We utilize sturdy boxes for larger shipments or items that require additional protection during transit.

- Courier pricing is determined by the size, value, and weight of your order.
Product Availability and Shipping Times:
- “In Stock” items are readily available in our warehouse and can be dispatched immediately.
- “Out of Stock” indicates the item is currently unavailable, with no incoming stock at the moment.
- Items marked as “Backorder” are not presently in stock but are scheduled for future delivery. The arrival of backordered items can vary from 1 week up to 3 months, contingent on shipping timelines from our international suppliers to South Africa. To receive updates on backordered stock, we welcome you to contact us directly for an ETA.
