1. Return Eligibility
You have 7 days from the date of receiving your product to initiate a return. If more than 7 days have passed since delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return and refund, the product must remain sealed, unused, and in its original packaging to ensure product safety and hygiene. Opened or used health supplements cannot be returned due to health regulations and safety concerns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used supplements, vitamins, or herbal products.
- Perishable items or products with an expiration date.
- Personal care or hygiene items (e.g., creams, skincare, essential oils) that have been opened.
- Gift cards and downloadable digital products.
- Items not purchased directly from Tenzi Naturals.
3. Return Requirements
To process a return, proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required. Returns should not be sent directly to the manufacturer.
4. Partial Refunds
In certain cases, partial refunds may be granted:
- Products returned with damaged packaging (not due to shipping).
- Items missing components that were included in the original purchase.
- Returns made after 7 days but within 14 days, subject to management approval.
5. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account for pending transactions.
- Contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
- Contact your bank, as there may be processing delays.

7. Sale & Discounted Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
8. Exchanges
We replace items only if they are damaged or defective upon arrival. To request an exchange, please contact support@tenzi.co.za with a photo of the damaged product.
9. Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
- If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted.
