The Power of the Network
Imagine you recruit 5 people, and each of them recruits another 5, creating a network of 155 (5 + 25 + 125) people at the third level. If each person sells R1,000 in products, your earnings would be structured as follows:

What is MLM?
Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) is a business model where independent distributors earn commissions by selling products and recruiting new distributors.
How does it work?
Distributors earn money through direct sales and a percentage of sales made by the people they recruit (downline).
Is this the same as a pyramid scheme?
No, not at all. A pyramid scheme pays for recruitment and essentially sells no products, and creates no value, they profit off the members and not out of the products they sell. A Multi Level Marketing business focuses on product sales through a team of sellers and their network. They profit out of products as does everyone else in the network.
How do I get started?
You need to sign up by completing the form below. There is no cost to register. Once approved go through the quick start training material and then get some stock or send your unique website link and start selling.
Why can’t Tenzi Naturals just sell direct
We can, and do sell direct. Our products are best sold through word of mouth from people who have directly benefited from our products. This requires a massive team which is why we have more success encouraging our existing customers to let others know about our great products and offering them a share of the profits.
What happens if I decide to leave?
You are welcome to leave at any moment. There is no obligation and no fees or penalties.

How do I get paid
Once your threshold is reached you can get an, EFT or Stripe Credit card payment or convert your commissions into a coupon for immediate use when purchasing new stock.
How do I make money?
You earn from product sales by purchasing stock and selling it at a markup. We currently work on a 70% markup. You also earn commission from your downline (Level 1, 2 and 3) as they make sales.
What is the compensation plan?
The compensation plan varies depending on your rank but typically includes retail profit and commission from team sales.
How much can I earn?
The simple answer is as much as you want because there are no limits. Earnings vary based on effort, sales skills, and team-building success.
Do I have to recruit people to make money?
No, not at all. You can earn through product sales alone. Since you are purchasing stock at your cost price and selling it for a profit you can make money simply by selling products. Recruiting increases your income potential and diversifies your portfolio which is why we recommend it.
Costs & Investment
Is there a startup cost?
No. There is no registration fee or obligation to buy a starter kit or anything of that nature. All our training, marketing material and guidance is also free.
Are there monthly sales requirements?
No. We do however have a ranking system which increases. The more you sell the higher up the rank you go and therefore earn more. The ranking system does not impact your stock purchase price so no matter how much or little you sell you will earn the maximum retail commission.
Do I have to buy inventory?
No. It’s not a requirement to purchase stock in advanced or to order stock to remain an affiliate. Although you have 3 options for stock.
1. You provide your unique link to our website and when the customer purchases we will fulfill the order. This results in slightly reduced profits because we are required to do the fulfillment.
2. You purchase stock on demand. As you make a sale you visit our website and order the stock. This will be sent to you and you distribute it to your customers.
3. You purchase stock in advance. You will hold the stock in your warehouse and when customers purchase you immediately fulfill the order.
What about shipping?
You will pay for shipping expenses per order. This varies based on the order size. Note: your shipping costs will be higher if you buy stock frequently and don’t make use of a warehouse so ensure you are factoring this into your pricing.

Do I need to host parties or events?
A common form of marketing will be direct relationship as word of mouth is a key component. There are many different forms of marketing activities that can assist you reach your customers.
Can I sell products online?
Absolutely. There are many different methods that you can deploy eg a website, social media, direct (email, telephone or whatsapp). You have no limitations to the creative methods you decide to deploy to make profits.

How do I build my team?
Look for people who are interested in selling products and earning commissions. Focus on engaging with like minded individuals who also want to create an empire. It is also best to share your successes and show them how you make money.
